This beautiful Chris Craft Cobra, 007, was Edgar and Henry Kaiser Sr.'s everyday race boat of choice in 1956. Edgar was campaigning his unlimited racing hydroplane Hawaii Kai III on the national racing circuit while enjoying 007 at the more family friendly Tahoe Yacht Club races at Tahoe City and Chambers' Landing on Lake Tahoe. During its time at the fabulous Kaiser estate, named Fleur du Lac, 007 resided in one of the boat slips under Harbor House (seen in the image) at the Estate.
